Educational Management and Policy (EMP) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes cutting-edge research on educational management, leadership, and policy. Sponsored by Association for the Advancement of Interdisciplinary Education Studies (AAIDES), EMP bridges theory and practice by examining how educational systems are organized, led, and reformed across diverse global contexts. The journal particularly emphasizes the intersection of management, leadership, and policy—exploring implementation challenges, governance structures, and evidence-based approaches to educational improvement.
Published twice a year, EMP welcomes empirical research, theoretical contributions, policy analyses, comparative studies, and practitioner perspectives. All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. EMP serves educational leaders, administrators, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners worldwide.
