Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • I prepare the manuscript according to the Authors' Guidelines.
  • I confirm that the submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • I confirm that I prepared my manuscript according to the Manuscript Template.
  • I confirm that the manuscript includes according to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • I confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • I confirm that the author(s) hold full responsibility against issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism, or other breaches. Therefore, manuscripts, including other work or third-party copyright material, must contain permission or sufficient acknowledgment.
  • I confirm that the author(s) hold full responsibility for obtaining permission from copyright holders to reproduce any illustrations, tables, figures, or lengthy quotations previously published elsewhere.
  • I confirm that references and citations were shown according to APA 7 referencing style.
  • I confirm that I submitted the paper as blind.
  • I confirm that after the editorial decision, I will not be able to add any author(s).
  • I confirm that all authors registered during submission. As a correspondent author, this is my responsibility.
  • I confirm that I did language proofreading before the submission.
  • I confirm that this manuscript was solely designed and written by the author(s) and that it has not been created by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or any other individuals.

Research Articles

Research articles should be highly scientific papers using qualitative, quantitative, mixed, and single-subject methodology and focusing on topics related to Frontiers in Research journal aims and scope. Frontiers in Research seeks submissions connecting applicable suggestions with quality practices. Theory, policy, and practice are expected to be tightly connected in the submitted papers.

Review Articles

Review articles should link theory and practice, and produce informative resources for educators, practitioners, and policymakers critically. Frontiers in Research seeks submissions that are in line with its aims and scope and critically combines applicable proposals with quality practices. Theory, policy, and practice are expected to be tightly connected in the submitted papers.

Critical Perspective Articles

Critical discussion/perspective articles should focus on key concepts or common ideas in the Frontiers in Research aims and scope, discussing current advances or future directions from personal views and opinions. These articles should have an innovativeprovocative, and original perspective between theory and practice in the journal's aims and scope.
