Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
I prepare the manuscript according to the Authors' Guidelines.

I confirm that the submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.

I confirm that I prepared my manuscript according to the Manuscript Template.

I confirm that the manuscript includes according to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

I confirm that the manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- I confirm that the author(s) hold full responsibility against issues of copyright infringement, plagiarism, or other breaches. Therefore, manuscripts, including other work or third-party copyright material, must contain permission or sufficient acknowledgment.
- I confirm that the author(s) hold full responsibility for obtaining permission from copyright holders to reproduce any illustrations, tables, figures, or lengthy quotations previously published elsewhere.
- I confirm that references and citations were shown according to APA 7 referencing style.
- I confirm that I submitted the paper as blind.
- I confirm that after the editorial decision, I will not be able to add any author(s).
- I confirm that all authors registered during submission. As a correspondent author, this is my responsibility.
- I confirm that I did language proofreading before the submission.
- I confirm that this manuscript was solely designed and written by the author(s) and that it has not been created by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or any other individuals.

Professional Capital in Education (PCE) retains the copyrights of all online published papers (except where otherwise noted) for the free use of readers, scientists, and institutions (such as linking to the content or permission for its download, distribution, printing, copying, and reproduction in any medium, including adaptation of content and for commercial use), under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, provided the original work is cited. No written permission is required from the editorial board for commercial use or content adaptation, as long as the terms of the CC BY 4.0 License are followed.
PCE holds the copyright for the published materials while allowing their free use, distribution, adaptation, and commercial use under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.
Author(s) grant PCE a non-exclusive, irrevocable license to publish, distribute, and communicate the article worldwide under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, while retaining their copyright.
Using Third-Party Material
Author(s) must obtain the necessary permission to reuse third-party material in their article. The use of short extracts of text and some other types of material is usually permitted, on a limited basis, for the purposes of criticism and review without securing formal permission. If the author(s) wish to include any material in their paper for which they do not hold copyright and which is not covered by this informal agreement, they will need to obtain written permission from the copyright owner prior to submission.

Professional Capital in Education (PCE) adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative and defines its Open Access policy according to the definition developed in the original BOAI.
PCE aims to promote the development of global open access to scientific information and research.
